- Cedar has been used for healing, purification, and spiritual protection for thousands of years. Like Sage and Sweetgrass, Cedar drives out negative energy and brings in good influences. When burned, Cedar acts as a purifier, cleansing the area in which it is burned and emitting a pleasant scent.
- Yerba Santa is used for protection and setting boundaries. Yerba Santa has also been used for love, purification, growth, empowerment, beauty, and the release of emotional pain stored in the heart chakra. Traditionally known to cleanse the lungs.
- White Sage cleanses negative energy: dispels negative energy in spaces, objects, and people. Provides spiritual strength and is often used in rituals due to its ability to remove malevolent spirits and attract spiritual strength.
